Registering attendee with more than 25 characters in the 'Surname' field is possible

Description

Admin user is able to register an attendee with entering more than 25 characters in the 'Surname' field, even though by the specification the 'Surname' field should accept maximum 25 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill the 'Surname' field with more than 25 characters
5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'Surname field is required'.The admin user should not be able to register an attendee using more than 25 characters in the 'Surname' field.

Actual result
An attendee is registered with more than 25 characters in the 'Surname' field.
