Registering an attendee with other special characters than "_", "." is possible

Description

Admin user is able to register an attendee with other special characters in the 'Name' field, even though by the specification the 'Name' field should accept only “-”, and “.”.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees
3. Click on 'Create' button.
4. Fill the 'Name' field with special character *
5. Click on 'Create' button.

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'The Name field is required'. The admin user should not be able to register an attendee using * as a special character.

Actual result
An attendee is registered with other special characters than "_", "."
