Application it permits to create User with less than 3 characters in the "Name" field

Steps to reproduce:
1.The user should log in
2.Navigate to URL https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
3.Click the “Create" button
4.Fill in the “Name” field (ex."aa")
5.Fill in the “Email” field
6.Fill in the “Password” field
7.Click on the “Create” button

Expected result:
Тhe user cannot be created with less than 3 characters

Actual result:
The user is siccessfully created with 2 characters in the Name field
