Steps to reproduce:
1. Login and navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/create
2. Enter 'a' in 'Description' field.
3. Fill all other required fields with valid data.
Expected result: The user should be warned that description is too short.
Actual result: A message will pop-up "Webinar has been created successfully."
