Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login and navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors/create
2. Enter 'a@a' in email field.
3. Enter valid data in the other fields.
4. Click on 'CREATE' button.
Expected result: Warning message should be displayed indicating that the email address is invalid.
Actual result: A message will pop-up "Mentor has been created successfully'.
