Interrapt G25

When attempting to create a new tag the application allows users to input numbers in title fiel which should consist onlu alphabetic characters

Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in
2.Navigate to URL https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
3. Click on "Create" button.
4. Fill the "Title" field with numbers (ex. "12345" )
5. Click on "Create" button.

Expected result:
User should not be able to create Tag with numbers in the "Title" field

Actual result:
User successfuly created a Tag with numbers in the "Title" field
