Interrapt G25

The bio field should not be able to accept less than 20 characters in length, here it accepts less than 20 characters in length and mentor can be created

Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in and navigated to
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors/create
2.Fill in all mandatory field
3.Fill in the 'Bio' field with less then 20 characters
4.Click on Create button

Test data:
3.15342eqqeqe

Expected result:
If the criteria is not met, a message should be shown that the Bio field is required in red letters and user should not be able to continue with creating a mentor

Actual result:
'Mentor is created successfully' message is displayed, allowing the user to create a mentor despite the use of unsupported length characters in 'Bio' field
