By filling in an invalid email user is created

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log into https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Click the “Users” on the sidebar
3. Click the “CREATE” button
4. Fill the “Name” field with Irena
5. Fill the” Email” field with irena@exam
6. Fill the “Password” field with Brainster1
7. Click on the “CREATE” button

Expected results:
The user should be created with a valid email. A valid email address consists of an email prefix and an email domain, both in acceptable formats.
The prefix appears to the left of the symbol.
The domain appears to the right of the symbol

Actual results:
The user is created with an invalid email and an error message is not displaying
