Description
Description:When you open users page on interrapt there should be a 'delete' button in the table to delete user.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the website interrapt
2.Login with valid e-mail and password
3.Click on users on the side bar menu
4.Observe the page
Expected result:There should be 'delete' button next to 'edit' button.
Actual result:The 'delete' button is not there.
