Interrapt G26

Title input fields allows to use less than 5 characters, without any errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Logg in to interrapt
2.Click on "Tags" from the side bar menu
3.Click on "Create" button
4.Enter less than 5 characters
5.Click on "Create" button

Expected Results:
The system should display an error message,that you cannot create a title less than 5 characters

Actual Results:
The title is created without any error message.
