Description
The "Delete" button is missing, which prevents users from deleting already created user accounts.
Test to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrapt
2. Navigate to Users page
3. Locate the "Delete" button
4. Click on "Delete" button
Expected result: The user should be able to locate the "Delete" button and delete a user.
Actual result: The "Delete" button is missing, and the user is unable to delete already created users.
