Description

Description A new tag can be created even if the characters length criteria for the title input field is not met

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to "Interrapt"
2. Log in
3. Navigate to "Tags" menu
4. Click on "CREATE" button
5. Type in invalid data (less than 5 and more than 20 characters) in the title input field
6. Observe the page

Expected result - New tag can not be successfully created.
Actual result - Even though the criteria for tag title input field is not met, a new tag is being created.
