*Description* A new tag can be created even if though the characters length criteria for the tag title input field is not met has less than 5 letters *Steps to reproduce* 1. Navigate to tags menu 2. Click on "CREATE" button 3. Type in invalid data (less than 5 and more than 20 characters) 4 letters word in the title input field 4. Observe the page *Expected result* - New tag can not be successfully created. *Actual result* - Even though the criteria for tag title input field is not met, a new tag is being created.
