Interrapt G26

Description: Webinar can be created with a Title fewer than 5 characters

Steps:
1. Open the page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars
2. Click on ''Create'' button
3. Fill all field with valid data except title
4. Write a title with less that 5 characters
5. Click on ''Create'' button

Expected Result: Message should be shown that the Title field is required with red letters
Actual Result: Webinar is created and Message ''Webinar has been created successfully'' was displaying on the top right corner
