Browser: Google Chrome
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Click on the "Tags" option on the main navigation menu
3. Click on the "Edit" button
4. Click on the "Title" input field
5. Leave only 1 character in the "Title" input field
6. Click on the "Edit" button
Expected Results:
-The user should not be able to edit a tag with less than 5 characters in the “Title” input field.
An error message should be displayed on the screen.
Actual Results:
-The user is able to edit the tag.
