Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in to interrapt
2.Click on "Webinars" from side bar menu
3.Click on "Create" button
4.Enter valid "Title"
5.Enter "Description" with less than 10 characters
6.Enter "Start Date", "End Date" and "Link"
7.Choose file
8.Choose "Mentor" and "Tag"
9.Click on "Create" button
Expected Results:
The application should show the error message "The Description must be at least 20 characters".
Actual Results:
Тhe webinar is created, with description less than 20 characters.
