Interrapt G26

Description:
The app is not supposed to accepts bio with less than 25 characters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the interrapt app
2. Click on mentors from sidebar
3. Click on create
4. Enter bio with less than 25 characters
5. Fill other fields
6. Click create

Expected result:
The new mentor should not be created, message in red letters should be shown that the bio is to short.
Actual result: New mentor is created with invalid bio, without providing any error feedback that the bio is to short
