Interrapt G26

Description:
The user menu is supposed to have a "Delete" button that allows admin to delete their users. However, when navigating to the user page, the "Delete" button is missing, preventing users to delete their created user.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to interrapt
2. Navigate to the user menu from the sidebar
3. Observe the user page

Expected result:
User menu page should contain a "Delete" button represented as a red bi that allows admin to delete users.
Actual result:
The "Delete" button is missing in the user menu page, preventing admin from deleting their created users.
