Interrapt G26

Description:
The Name field in the Attendees menu should accept minimum 3 characters and a maximum 25 characters. And the only acceptable special characters should be "-" and ".". User are allowed to created attendee with invalid inputs.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to interrapt app
2. Open Attendees form the side bar
3. Click on create
4.In the name field eneter:
- Name with less than 3 characters (Ma)
- Name with more than 25 characters (Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa)
- Name with special characters
5. Click on create

Expected result : New attendee should not be created, message in red letters should be shown that the name field is required. The criteria is name with more than 3 characters, less than 25 characters and only accepted special characters are "." and "-".
Actual result
New attendee is created without providing any error feedback that criteria is not met. The field accepts name with less than 3 characters, more than 25 characters and special characters.
