Description: 'Select mentors' field on create new webinar page should be a drop down field and you should not be able to write in the blank field, you should be only able to choose from the displayed mentors.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to the website interrapt
2.Login
3.Click on webinars page in the side bar menu
4.Click on 'Create' button
5.Write in 'Select mentors' field
Expected result: In this field the user should not be able to type, only choose.
Actual result: You are able to write in the 'select mentors' field.
