The user can create new "Attendees" with more than 25 credentials in the "Name" field

Description

Users can create "attendees" with names longer than the allowed (maximum 25) credentials in the "Name" field

Steps to reproduce
1. Login to interrapt
2. Navigate to Attendees page
3. Click on "Create" button
4. Enter more than 25 credentials in the "Name" field
5. Click on "Create"

Expected result: The user should not be able to create new attendees with more then 25 credentials entered

Actual result: The user is able to create new attendees with more then 25 credentials entered
