Interrapt G26

User is able to crate a new "Attendees" with les than (min 10 character) that is required in the "High School" field

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrapt
2. Navigate to "Attendees" page
3. Click on "Create" button
4. Enter "High School" (example " Metodi-M " )
5. Click on "Create" button

Expected result: Although the "High School" field is non-mandatory, the user should not be allowed to crate new "Attendees" until the "High School" field meets the minimum character requirement
Actual result: Although the "High School" field is non-mandatory, the user is able to create a new "Attendees" with less entered data in the "High School" field
