Interrapt G25

Mentor is successfully created even though the number of entered characters in Bio field is less than 20 which is a minimum allowed value.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Interrupt
2. Navigate to Mentors
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill all mandatory fields with valid data, except from Bio
5. Enter less than 20 characters long bio
6. Click on 'Create' button.

Expected result:
The Mentor should not be created with less than 20 characters long Bio. An error message should be shown that the Bio field is required in red letters.

Actual result:
The mentor is successfully created even though the though the Bio's length is less than the minimum allowed value. Error message is not displayed.
