Description

City field is able to accept more than maximum 25 characters in length, allowing the user to create Attendee despite the use of unsupported length characters

Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in
2.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees/create
3.Fill the 'City' field
4.Fill the mandatory fields with valid credentials
5.Click on the 'Create' button

Test Data:
3.Mamungkukumpurangkuntjunya

Expected result:
The 'City' field should restrict users from creating an attendee if the 'City' field contains more than 25 characters.

Actual result:
Despite entering unsupported length characters in the 'City' field, the system allows the user to create an attendee.
