Description
Phone field is not able to accept special characters ('-','+') ,not allowing the user to create an Attendee when using '-' in between numbers
Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in
2.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/attendees/create
3.Fill the 'Phone' field
4.Fill the mandatory fields with valid credentials
5.Click on the 'Create' button

Expected result:
The Phone field should accept numbers and special characters('-', '+').
Actual result:
The Phone field does not accept the '-' character. When attempting to enter a phone number using '-' between numbers, user is unable to create an attendee.
