Creating tag with entering less than 5 characters in the 'Title' field is possible, even though by the specification the 'Title' field should accept minimum 5 characters.

• 1. Log in with valid credentials
  2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
  3. Click on 'Create' button
  4. Fill the 'Title' field with less than 5 characters
  5. Click on 'Create' button

Expected result
Error message should be displayed. The user should not be able to create a tag with less than 5 characters in the 'Title' field.

Actual result
A tag is created with less than 5 characters in the 'Title' field.
