Interrapt G25

Creating mentor with entering less than 5 characters in the 'Occupation' field, even though by the specification the 'Occupation' field should accept minimum 5 characters.

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in with valid credentials
2. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Fill the 'Occupation' field with less than 5 characters
5. Click on 'Create' button.

Expected result
Message should be displayed: 'It should be minimum 5 characters in length'. The admin user should not be able to create a mentor using less than 5 characters in the 'Occupation' field.

Actual result
A mentor is created with less than 5 characters in the 'Occupation' field.
