openAlthough the maximum length of characters is 25 letters while creating a new mentor profile, the mentor was created with more than 25 characters inserted in the name area

Description
The profile of a mentor was created, but the number of characters according to the specification in the name area was restricted to 25 characters. The profile was created by inserting 28 characters.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/mentors
2. Click on "Create" button
3. In the name area insert a name with more than 25 characters (abababababababababababababab)
4. For other areas use the steps from the case: 2411.
Expected result:
The profile of the mentor should not be created. A message: "the name must have maximum twenty five characters " (red letters) should be displayed.
Actual result:
The profile with more than 25 characters in the name area was created and an error message was not displayed.
