Search by date criteria in Users menu does not give result

Description
"Created At" search criteria in Users menu, where the user can be selected by creation date does not give any result.

Steps to reproduce
1. Login to interrapt
2. Open Users from the sidebar
3. Click on select period
4. Choose a period from the calendar (example 17.04.23 - 21.04.23)

Expected result
All the users created between 17.04.23 and 21.04.23 should be displayed.
Actual result
No users are displayed.
