Description

Description: The "Artist" and "Visitor" sections on the web page do not enlarge as expected when a user hovers over them.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to https://lovely-mousse-6f5237.netlify.app/#
2.Locate the "Artist" and "Visitor" sections.
3.Hover the mouse cursor over either the "Artist" or "Visitor" section

Expected result:
Upon hovering over the "Artist" and "Visitor" sections, each section should visually enlarge.

Actual result:
"Artist" and "Visitor" sections remain static and do not exhibit any enlargement.
