Tag creation allows invalid data

Description

Preconditions:
User is navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login and user must be logged in

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Tags Page on the left side of the menu
2. Click on the Create button
3. Enter invalid data
(3a. test
3b. software*testing
3c. software testing testing)
4.Click Create

Expected result:
The user should not be able to create a Tag with invalid data

Actual result:
The Tag is created

Environment:
Google Chrome Browser Version 120.0.6099.110 (Official Build) (32-bit)
