With entering an invalid data in existing Tag user is able to Edit the existing Tag

Preconditions
User is logged in and there must be at least one created Tag

Steps to reproduce
1.The user should be able to enter the Tags menu
2. The user should be relocated to the Title field
3. The Title is filled with invalid data
Alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic), all letter cases
(lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “ . ”) and spaces. It should be minimum 5
and maximum 20 characters in length.
4.Click on Edit button

Expected results
The Tag should not be edited, and a message saying ,, The title field is required" is shown in red letters

Actual result
The user is able to edit an existing Tag with invalid data.
