Description

The "calculation" functionality is not calculating the salaries properly

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in the app
2. Navigate to salary calculation
3. Calculate the salary for any employee
4. Open the database and check the salary for any employee
5. Compare the salary from the app and the database

Expected result
The salary in the app should be correctly calculated with the salary from the database

Actual result
The salary calculated in the database in incorrect calculated
