Bug summary:Verify that the system doesn`t accept the image with invalid dimension

Description> In the image field it is not indicated what dimension of the format should be, so we can uptade images in any dimension
Precondition:User must be logged in and navigated to the webinar menu (https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/39/edit)
Step to reproduce:
1. Click on the edit button
2. Click on "Choose file"
3. Select the image with different dimension (one by one)
Expected results: The image field should have a limited image size and not allow upploaqding smaller or biggest dimension of images
Actual results: Users can upload image with different dimension
