Preconditions
User must be logged in and navigated to the Webinars menu
Environment
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/ Windows 10 Pro 22H2/Google Chrome Version 119.0.6045.200 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Step to reproduce
1.Click on the Webinars menu
2.Click on the Create button
3.Fill in all mandatory fields with valid data
4.Choose the start date to be before creation date
5.Click on the Create button
6.Observe
Expected results
User should not be able to Create a webinar in past time
"Actual results"
User is able to create a webinar when start date is before creation date
