Environment: Browser: Chrome-Version:120.0.6099.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS: Windows 10 Link: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars/1338/questions

Description:
The user is able to create a Tag with less than 5 characters in length.

Preconditions: User must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the Tags via navigation menu
2. Click on the 'CREATE' button from to top right corner
3. Fill in the 'Title' field with less than 5 characters
4. Click on the 'CREATE' button
5.Observe

Expected Result: The tag should not be created, and the inline validation message for the title field being required should be displayed in red letters.

Actual Result: The user is able to create a Tag with less than 5 characters.(File attached)
