Description
Typing in the "Tag" field is not type restricted as stated in the application specifiaction document.
Preconditions
"User is registered and logged in."
Steps to reproduce
"1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/webinars.
2.Click the create button.
3.Locate the ""Tag"" field.
4.Click and try to type in the mentor field.
Test data-
Tag=tagtagtag"
Expected result
Tag field should have type restriciton and only a dropdown list should appear.
Actual result
The user is able to type in the "Tag" field.
