Interrapt G28

Тhe user cannot be deleted from the system, because the delete button is not shown in the users module

1. Navigate to URL https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Тhe user must have been previously created as administrative user

1. Click on the "Users" via navigation menu
2. Select an user from the list

Expected result
The user should be removed from the users list by pressing the delete button that looks like a red basket and is located to the right of the edit button in the actions row of the table

Actual result
The administrators cannot remove a user because the delete button is absent from the Users module.
