"Steps to reproduce"
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2. Click on the Tags menu
3. Click on the CREATE button on the right top corner
4. Fill in the "Title" field with invalid data
5. Click on the CREATE button located right on the bottom
6. Observe

"Test data"
4.[software/*tester/QA academy]

"Expected result"
A new Tag should not be created and a message should be shown that the title field is required in red letters

"Actual result"
A new Tag with invalid data can be created
