open[Profile] User can create an excessively long Profile Name, leading to an inability to log out.

Description
When a user sets an unusually long Profile Name, it results in a bug where the hamburger navigation menu for the logout is kicked out of the screen resulting in a Localization Bug and inability to log out.
Environment
PC | Windows 10 V.22H2 | Google Chrome | V. 35.0.1916.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Pre-conditions
The user must be logged in and navigated to the dashboard menu.

Steps to reproduce
1. Click on the Hamburger Navigation Menu in the bottom left corner (On the right side next to the User's Profile Name).
2. Click on Your Profile
3. Fill in the Name field with 218 characters without spacing.
4. Click Save.
5. Reload the page.
Expected Result
The user should not be able to edit or create an account where the Name is excessively long.
Actual Result
The user successfully edits the Name field with an unusually long Profile Name.
