[Tags] The user can create a new tag with special characters (except "-", and " .") in the "Title" field.

Description

The user should not be able to create new tag with special characters (exception “-”, and “ . ”) on the title option and a message with red letters should appear.

Environment:
Laptop / Windows 10 Enterprise V. 22H2 / Microsoft Edge Version 119.0.2151.93 (Official build) (64-bit)
Desktop View

Pre-conditions:
User must be logged in to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Click the tags menu
  2. Enter Title with invalid characters into the 'Title' field
  3. Click on the Create button

Expected Result:
New Tag should not be created with special characters in 'Title' field.

Actual Result:
New Tag is created with special characters (exception “-”, and “ . ”) in 'Title' field.
