Description
When the user is miswriting words they do not have red underlining

Steps to reproduce:*

  1. Open the Writing application
  2. Check the option for spelling errors.
  3. Uncheck word suggestions.
  4. Write wrong spelled word "Manul"

Expected result:
Words incorrectly spelled should have red underlining.

Actual result:
Words incorrectly spelled do not have red underlining.
