Interrapt G27

Description
User is able to create a new user with less than 3 characters and more than 25 characters

Pre Conditions
1.User is navigated to:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2.User must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to users page.
2. Click on the "Create" button.
3. Enter unaccepted characters in the "Name" field.
4. Enter valid data in "E-Mail" field.
5. Enter valid data in "Password" field.
6. Click on the "Create" button.

Expected Results
The "Name" field should accept min 3 and max 25 characters

Actual Results
User is able to create a new user with less than 3 and more than 25 characters
