Interrapt G28

While creating new webinar, user is able to enter one character in the description field

Environment
DESKTOP-DOB588H / Windows 10 Enterprise
Mobile view Samsung Galaxy S8

Precondition
User must be navigate on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/dashboard and logged in

Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on Webinars
2.Click on Create button
3.Fill in the "Title" field with
4.Fill in the "Description" field with only one character
5.Click on the Start date and End date and pick a date
6.Click on link field and add link
7.Pick a mentor from a drop-down list
8.Pick a tag from the drop-down list
9.Click on Create button

Expected result
User should not be able to create webinar entering one character in Descritption field,it should be minimum 10 and a message should be shown that the description field is required with
red letters.

Actual Results
User is able to create a Webinar with one character in description field.
