[Tags] Action column contains html data in the exported Excel file

Description

By exporting specific number of excel files, it shows id, title, created box correctly, but in the exported file the action box also appears and there are different texts in the action box.

Environment:
Apple iPhone 13 / iOS Version 17.1.2 / Safari Version 17

Pre-conditions:
User must be logged in to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
Click on the 'Tags' menu
Select random tags from the tag list
Click on the 'Export' button
Click on 'Selected' menu button next to Excel

Expected result:
The selected tags should be exported in Excel file. Exported file should contain all information available for the tags (ID, Title, Created At)

Actual result:
The selected tags are exported in Excel file. But in the exported file the action box also appears and there are different texts in the action box.
