openWebinar description exceeds maximum character limit

Preconditions:
User is navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login and user must be logged in
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Webinars Page on the left side of the menu
2. Click on the Create button
3. In the Description enter more than 500 characters and fill in all the other mandatory fields with valid data
4. Click on Create
Expected result:
Webinar should not be created , as the description is restricted to max.500 characters
Actual result:
The Webinar is created
