Interrapt G28

Environment:
PC / Windows 11 Education V. 22H2 Google Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Mobile / Samsung Galaxy S8+ 360x740

Precondition:
User must be navigated to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login and logged in.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on the 'Tags' menu on the left side of the page.
2.Click on the 'CREATE' button on the top right corner.
3.Enter an invalid title in the "Title" input field (for example: x%x$*)
4.Click on the "CREATE" button

Expected result
The'Tag' should not be created with unacceptable characters in the "Title” input field and a message should be shown that the 'Title' field is required in red letters.

Actual result
The'Tag' is created with unacceptable characters in the "Title” input field.
