Preconditions
User must be logged in

Environment
https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login Windows 10 Pro 22H2/Google Chrome Version 119.0.6045.200 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Steps to reproduce
1. Click on the Tags field
2. Click on the Delete button for existing tag

Expected results
User should not be able to delete an existing tag.

Actual result
The tags that are created by someone who is not an admin can be deleted.
