Word suggestion and spelling error functionality issue

Description

While testing the application functionality related to word spelling, issue was found. The issue occurs when Word Suggestion option is turned off but the Spelling Error function is turned on.

Steps to reproduce
1.Open the app.
2.Go to options.
3.Turn off Word Suggestion and ensure Spelling Error is on.
4.Return to writing.

Expected result
When typing words with spelling mistakes, there should be red underlining or warnings, even with Word suggestion turned off.

Actual result
No visual cues red underlining or warnings appear when typing words with spelling mistakes, even though Spelling Error is supposed to be active.
