Can't add card details and pay with card

Description

The payment option paying with card doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch the application
2. Search for some items
3. Put the items that you like in cart
4. Click on Proceed to payment button
5. Choose the option to pay with card
6. Click the the Add button on the pop-up window

Expected Result:
We should be redirected to a new window where we can enter our card details

Actual Result:
We are redirected to a new window where payment method is pay in cash
